Description

Pinot Noir from Alsace is an elegant red wine with delicate aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, often accompanied by light spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with supple tannins and good acidity, making it pleasant and easy to drink.

Terroir

This vine is growing on a clay-limestone soil and has a very deep rooting; preventing any problem of drought.

Pairing

It can be enjoyed as much with grilled meats, roasts or game as with cold dishes and Asian cuisine.

Serve cold, between 8 and 10°C

Ageing

From 2 to 4 yeans

Vinification

The grapes are hand-picked. Once they are destemmed, the grapes will macerate for a long time, giving to the wine a beautiful colour and structure.
