For several years now, we have been continuing our transition towards sustainable and more environmentally friendly agriculture. That is why, as of November 2024, the seven wines in the Symphonie des Cépages range will be certified Organic Agriculture FR-BIO-10.   These wines are best enjoyed now to appreciate their freshness, fruitiness, and youthfulness. They are authentic, traditional products from the Ruhlmann winery.
