Description
Terroir
This wine comes from an exceptional terroir, coveted since the Middle Ages. The steep slopes, facing south-east at an altitude of 300 m, welcome the sun’s rays from the very first hours of the day.
The soil is made of a two-mica granite arena that drains the water and retains heat well, returning it to the vine at night.

This Grand Cru Frankstein will exalt your appetizers and your gastronomic tables. It will be a delight with foie gras, strong cheeses, exotic cuisine, as well as your desserts.

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, then pressed in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control.
