Terroir
The plot is located in the so-called “maritime” Corbières. The sea breeze brings freshness and humidity, allowing the grapes to ripen gently. The terroir is composed mainly of limestone and clay.
Pairing
From aperitifs to grilled meats, this smooth, fruity wine can be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere! For gourmets, it’s the perfect accompaniment to roast black Bigorre pork chops with pommes ‘grenailles’ (roasted potatoes) and a thyme sauce.
