Terroir
This wine comes from an alluvial soil by runoff from the plain. The terroir, very poor in humic matter, gives it great finesse in its structure, thanks to the immediate infiltration of water. The root system is very deep, thanks to the work of the soil, and makes it possible to obtain a healthy vine.

A perfect accompaniment to starters, fish and white meats, Pinot Blanc can be chosen as a unique wine throughout a meal.

The grapes are picked by hand, then pressed in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control.
