Terroir

This plot of grenache is planted on a sandy-clay soil.

Agassa is a wine to be enjoyed young with red meat, tapas…summer cooking!

Service

Serve at 15°C

Ageing

Maximum 2 years

Vinification

Picked at optimal maturity and temperature, the harvest is at 6:00 am, at sunrise. The harvest is then sorted and destemmed. Fermentation and maceration during 15 days without any addition of inputs then a gentle pressing. No added sulphites.
