Description
This Pinot-Gris complies with the strict conditions for obtaining the AB label.
Terroir
This Pinot Gris comes from a vine with very deep roots, planted on a clayey-schist soil.
The grape variety is a Pinot Gris with small berries, not very productive but very concentrated in aromas.
The vine is cultivated with respect for the environment. Its exploitation is highly regulated, and follows strict conditions in order to obtain the AB label.

Serve between 8 and 10°C
Ageing
From 2 to 5 years.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked, pressed in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control, tangential filtration, which is subject to a rigorous protocol.
