Description

A fresh take on Gewurztraminer, crafted in a completely dry style. Floral, spicy and intensely aromatic, this wine delivers all the character of the variety with a crisp, elegant finish that makes it a perfect partner for the table.

Terroir

Made from our Alsace Gewurztraminer vineyards, harvested at full aromatic ripeness to express all the richness of the grape variety without excessive sweetness. A deliberate choice to reveal the dry, gastronomic side of a grape often associated with sweeter wines.

Pairing

A Gewurztraminer unlike any other—dry, precise and gastronomic. Its aromatic generosity and crisp finish make it an ideal match for spicy cuisines such as curries, tagines and Asian stir-fries, as well as mature cheeses like Munster and fish served with flavourful sauces.

Service

Serve chilled, between 8°C and 10°C (46°F–50°F).

Ageing

To drink in the next 2-3 years to preserve his freshness

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at optimal aromatic maturity and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out completely dry under controlled temperatures to preserve the varietal character. A short ageing on fine lees, without oak influence, adds texture and roundness, perfectly balancing the wine’s dry profile.
