Description

Terroir

This thirty year old vine is planted on 3 platforms on the hillside, facing south-west.
The chalky, silty and clayey soil allows very deep rooting and avoids any problem of drought.
This soil has been chosen to give this Riesling a particular style and brings out the fatness of the wine.

Pairing

This Riesling, long and fruity, goes harmoniously with the most refined dishes.

Service

Serve between 8 and 10°C

Ageing

From 5 to 10

Vinification

The grapes are picked by hand, then pressed in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control.
