Description

Terroir

The vines are planted on plains and semi-slopes, on an alluvial soil, which filters the water while retaining the heat.

Pairing

RUHLMANN Crémant Extra Brut is a refined aperitif. Its freshness and character will also enhance gastronomic combinations throughout a meal, from foie gras to seafood, from poultry to cheese.

Service

Serve chilled, between 6 and 8 °C.

Vinification

Traditional fermentation under temperature control, followed by 9 months maturing in Bordeaux barrels. Traditional method, with a long, soft foam setting, followed by ageing on slats.
This Crémant Extra-Brut is not dosed.
