An intense and harmonious white wine from Alsace with aromas of violet, spices, and exotic fruits, produced from an exceptional granite terroir. Perfect for accompanying aperitifs, fine dining, and desserts.

Terroir

This wine comes from an exceptional terroir, coveted since the Middle Ages. The steep slopes, facing south-east at an altitude of 300 m, welcome the sun’s rays from the very first hours of the day.
The soil is made of a two-mica granite arena that drains the water and retains heat well, returning it to the vine at night.
