This Sylvaner Old Vines stands out for its beautiful roundness and mellowness, brought about by the advanced age of the vines planted on this exceptional hillside.

Terroir

This Sylvaner was born in a magical setting: a very steep granite hillside, surrounded by low walls and facing south-east.

In the middle of this amphitheatre, the vine has overlook the village for more than a hundred years.

Pairing

Warm and harmonious, the Sylvaner ” Vieilles Vignes, Amphithéâtre ” is an original wine for the aperitif. During a meal, it goes well with a terrine, fish in sauce, poultry, etc…
