Terroir

This Muscat comes from granite soil. The vines are located on hillsides. Both types of Muscat are planted here. For this late harvest, the grapes are overripe and there is a concentration of noble rot. At harvest time, at the end of November, the grapes had a candied appearance.

Pairing

This Muscat late harvest is a rare and exceptional wine, which will perfectly accompany your aperitifs and desserts.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then pressed whole in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control.
